I've had this for a year now and I am torn. As a pan it's fine. I had one of the old Anolon Saute pans before this and while this is clearly lighter and less robust than the old one I had it does the job well. The problem that gives me such an issue is the ridged cooking surface as it makes it almost impossible to keep clean no matter what you do. Bits of food and even oil stick in the grooves and you just can't ever get it completely clean. Doesn't matter whether you clean it perpendicular to the ridges or along them they just gon't get clean. Worse is that when it's wet its much much harder to tell whether it's clean or not so you just have to keep drying it, wash again when you realise it's not completely clean, dry again etc. Worse is that I've had to scrub it to hard the non-stick is already coming off - something that didn't happen on the old pan for almost 6 years.
As a pan I'd give it 4 stars but because of the difficulty to truly clean it and the fact the non-stick is already coming off it gets 2.
