Review for Ripped in 30 only - Very good, but I preferred 30 Day Shred
on 3 April 2013
Firstly, I must say that I really like the workouts and felt that at each level challenged different areas of my body. I got through the 30 days averaging about 5 workouts per week as recommended. Like many people, I found the 1200 calorie per day recommendation a bit too low for me, so I used a calorie counter to stick to about 1310, at which rate I was supposed to lose about 1 pound per week. My saddlebags, wobbly arms and muffin top really shrunk down. Sorry for the graphics, but I put on muscle easily and so I don't trust the scales to show accurate fat loss.
I must say that I prefer the results I got from 30 Day Shred, because after doing that DVD my trouble areas almost disappeared completely. Even then I didn't stick to the diet either. However, I would recommend this DVD for anyone who wants to shed fat and tone up quickly.
