Too small and too flimsy
2 October 2014
To be honest, I didn't have very high hopes for this. I was hoping it would be "adequate for purpose"; where "purpose" is occasional light duty use. I filled the bag with polystyrene balls (originally sold as bean-bag chair filling); it's quite light. Unfortunately, the "floppy" legs - that are supposed to fit over the car door, for example - aren't long enough to lay out on a flat surface, so this becomes not very adaptable. The channel for the camera is parallel to the legs; it would make more sense for the lens to fit in a groove 90 degrees to the legs. Worst of all, though, is that within minutes the stitching started to come apart and the bag leaked polystyrene balls everywhere. I wont' be using it again.
The best use I've gotten from it is showing it to my wife as a starting point for what she's going to sew for me.
