I had a Fashy hot water bottle that lasted me faithfully for four years, but sprung a leak at the neck, so I bought this one. After just over two weeks of use, the cap has broken and spilled almost boiling water all over myself. The bottle itself is fine, and the cover is lovely, but Fashy must be getting cheap on their plastic used in their caps, it seems to be a common problem in the comments.

In short, it does its function well, but beware of the easily broken caps!

This hot water bottle is really the best. The cover completely protects the bottle. The cover is really soft, thick and cuddly and the bottle holds its heat longer than most. It is made of thermoplastic (never had one like this before) and doesn't have that nasty rubbery smell that most have. The water stays hot /warm until morning. I love it.

This was a good hot water bottle, it lasted me almost a year. This might not sound great but I'm bedridden a lot and use a hot water bottle every single day (refilled several times most days), most have sprouted leaks quite quickly but this one held up for quite some time, so I ordered another Fashy to replace

slightly smaller than anticipated but quality item... very functional . Be careful when unpacking not to mistake the thin line of plastic being the umbilical cord for this bottles screw in top to not get lost ... As it literally looks like purchase packing you might need to cut off . It isn't and it is really useful not to have to hunt for where the bottles lid has got to... So I say again careful how you unpack it and be very aware that thin line is there for a purpose .. Enjoy your bottle WE bought two of these ...

This is a good purchase. The bottle is slightly smaller than usual 2-litre ones but that's an advantage because it takes up less room on your bed. Its ability to keep water warm is equal to conventional hot water bottles. I slept for 7 hours and the bottle was still lukewarm when I got up. The best thing is no rubber smell, which is really an important point. The fleece cover is soft to the touch. The only shortcoming is the thin material of the bottle, that means when you are filling it up with hot water, it can crumple up a bit unexpectedly, causing hot water to spill accidentally. This happened to me. If the material is sturdier, there would not be such a problem. Also, after the bottle is filled up, the bottle turns shapeless and it feels rather like jelly. I have yet to get used to that.

I really like the fact that it is silicon and therefore will take boiling water and won't perish like natural rubber. The cover is a very effective insulator and only lets the heat out slowly so you'd never know it was full of boiling water. The downsides are:- 1. the cover can not be removed for washing. This is so dumb as it is bound to need freshening up just like bed clothes and washing the whole thing is needlessly cumbersome.2. As other people have mentioned the stopper does feel somewhat flimsy and a little underdesigned for the price. Bottles a fifth of this price have stronger stoppers. Not broken yet but I am very careful with it. By addressing these two minor items, Fashy would have a five-star product. Why don't they?

This is a great hot water bottle. Not too large as to be unwieldy and it's easy to fill. It helped my son tremendously when he had severe back pain recently and the cover is removable and washable which is very useful indeed. I am happy to recommend this product.

Was looking for a hot water bottle with a nice soft cover that was not too thick you could not feel the heat or too thin that you could not leave your feet on too long without burning. This one has done the job also arrived prompt and well packaged

We have three of these Fashy bottles in the house along with two knitted ones. Everyone favours the Fashy ones. Reasons being is the material is not thick so the heat is much greater than that of the traditional knitted ones. Also the bottle is not made of rubber so it has no horrible rubber scent. It doesn't matter how long you keep using the rubber ones you never get rid of that smell. After using these bottles I really couldn't look elsewhere so of course I highly recommend these.

I've had these for three years so long enough to say there's no faults with my units.

Right, now off to order two more so we have one Fashy each!

A very high quality 'HOTTY' Bottle. Extremely satisfied with the enquiry service provided by the seller, adding to the pleasure of the purchase. The aperture in the neck of the hot water bottle is generous in size, and therefore as such, accommodates easy access for filling. Cosy and practical for a warmer winter bed.
