There is nothing in the book that one does not already know. But the book does a great job at reminding us.

I mostly enjoyed this book, It refreshed my memory on 'Maslows Law', got me thinking about how we function (wasn't sure if it was all true!), how we react and how we can change. This change is in the form of becoming an SA person (Self-Actualised). I personally had conflicting thoughts on his dismissal of mediocrity. Overall I felt their was some thing missing; Maybe this is in Part 2. Hopefully his substantial reflections on Moss will 'Moss' ly stay put.
