Unable to provide technical review at present because even though it was delivered first class promptly on time by Amazon 3 days ago, I have yet to get it working! No problem installing and conducting initial scan which found a large number of `problems' . At this point it requires activation to `repair/optimise' which I have tried dozens of times using the case sensitive code supplied with disc but this doesn't work until product has been registered, but I can't register until I provide activation code, which keeps telling me its the incorrect code.......!!! Sent a help email and got a response telling me to do what I have just told them I have done. Responded to that email - no reply. Sent a help request via web site - no reply. Even tried phoning via Coral sales line (these are normally the one line that's answered by a human) but they have been closed for `staff training'!! Very conveniently there is no help line phone facility. All the reports I had read previously suggested it was a good product, so very disappointed with the lack of support. There is either a problem with my software or their registration website. Will persevere for a few more days but if no joy will return product to Amazon.

useful product, does a cleaning job without difficulty but like most products does not completely remove all errors. Running a competitive afterward shows further errors. Good product but do not assume complete clean
