This is one hell of a great song. Gaga stands up, she walks over to her piano, sits down, wearing her unique style of fabulous clothing. She starts to play the piano like the best Elton John moment, and this song comes out as if Freddie Mercury is inside her vocal chords and she is amazing. The tune, the notes she takes to places other artists don't dare to go (or can't). I am in love.
No matter is Gaga is playing it for 3 people or 30,000, she always puts her heart into every performance.

First heard this song on the radio, not realising until the DJ said, that it was by the world's most over-hyped artist. That was a good thing since the whole Lady Gaga image puts me off, so I was able to appreciate the song without that prejudice intruding. The song's style is very reminiscent of the kind of country-rock 'lite' that Shania Twain has made a fortune from, so it's catchy, with a group of skilled musicians supporting the vocals - and in tis case the vocals are very tuneful. I don't know how much - if any - autotuning of Gaga's voice was required, but any that has been done is unobtrusive (unlike the later Shania Twain tracks). So, it's a departure for Gaga (excluding the video) and all the better for it.
