Set in Salem it tells the story of Aradia the last of her kind - a witch. She doesn't realise at first but she is living amongst the 'hidden' races - those of vampires, werewolves, shape shifters and the Fae.
The story is easy to read and although fantasy from the point of view that Aradia has 'super powers' it does work on the basics of real witchcraft.
A very captivating read with interesting characters, just as good as the first two books in this series, I had to download the next book straight away as I was desperate to find out what happens next!
I really liked the first book in the series. The second book wasn't quite as good but had a good story line. This third book was a waste of money. Aradia has become self involved and stupid - a stark difference to the way she was in the first book. The plot line isn't at all exciting. I tried piking it up again but just couldn't carry on.
