carpet not 100%

Great customer service when I complained that the carpet had two faults, one a small piece missing in the carpet like a moth had been at it and a small knott in the run of the carpet.
I received a 20% refund which I assume will be paid back to my card that I purchased it with. To be honest I did expect a replacement or even an offer of one as I intended to purchase two more.
Great value actually just a little disappointed
