I have really enjoyed this series, and the books always end on a cliff hanger- so you do always want to buy the next book.
In this book there are lots of mini-stories and digressions that all link into each other the main aim-to find out what happened to Ali. Spencer, Hannah, Emily, and Aria used to all be best friends that is until their ring leader Alison DiLaurentis (Ali) goes missing, after that the girls drift apart and each go their separate ways for many years, that is until this mysterious "A" turns up and starts to ruin their lives... In Killer, Hannah who is the most popular girl at school gets over being almost killed by her best friend Mona aka the first "A" is now risking her popularity and dating Mike the lacrosse playing younger brother of Aria. Aria's character develops here and the reader can tell that she always falls for the wrong person... Spencer makes a very foolish mistake and accidentally ends up getting robbed of all her college fund whilst searching for her biological family, and It's Emily that is having to ponder about who she really is...
And yet another person is missing from the idyllic Rosewood - Ian Thomas....
This book will leave you on tender hooks, and will have you laughing and crying.. Perfect read for a teenage girl wanting to read about a not-so-perfect world.

I'm 13 years old and I've read all 8 of the "Pretty little liar" books. They are amazing and I can't wait to read "Twisted" when it comes out for Kindle. I really recomend these books, they're great reads. Its really easy to realate to the characters and I feel like i've really got to know them.
Hope this is helpful!
