My only problem with this watch is that I can't hear the alarms.
After phoning Mayfair Jewellery @ Metrocentre, I returned 1 watch to them because of this. They sent a replacement WITHOUT QUIBBLE. When the new one arrived I still couldn't hear the alarms (visually they WERE working) On the phone, we set alarms on both of MY watches following their instructions. I heard nothing, they heard OK. I sent the 2nd watch back and they re-sent the first one back to me. If I hold the watch right next to my ear, I hear the alarm. My wife doesn't hear them either unless it's right next to HER ear. Don't hear it in a quiet bedroom. We have no medical concerns about our hearing and I had the phone on loudspeaker whilst talking to Mayfair so no problems there either. Mayfair were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process and despite being "not at fault" in anyway they did refund me some postage. TYVM Mayfair.
