All Zombi's albums so far have been great but this a cut above. They have dropped the Goblin/John Carpenter style in favour of a more euphoric and progressive sound and the result is stunning. 1st track (Escape Velocity) sounds like a speedboat chase from the greatest episode of Miami Vice that was never made. The pace slows down on track 2, but once track 3 kicks in, the album really comes into its own for the remaining 20 minutes. Its glorious, intense, upbeat and mind-blowing.
The album is definitely more 'dance' orientated than previous outings and loses a lot of the darkness from previous efforts which might turn some fans off (those of the Metal community probably), but overall, this is the most solid and enjoyable album they've released yet.
One of the best releases this year, BUY IT!!
