Shocking and Bad Service

Loved this mower, BUT after 3 months of mowing the blade stopped, apparently this is not covered under warranty and I have to get the belt replaced myself, I know this is straightforward for most but I live on an island and I don't fancy opening it up, which I am sure BOSCH would invalidate the warranty if that did not fix it. And I am meant to buy the inexpensive drive belt. As usual the warranty from manufacturer is good for nowt!
Have to say that AMAZON has been brilliant, and have replaced it under their Electrical Goods policy and would have refunded it, such a relief. So thanks Amazon and BOSCH do something about your drive belts, I expected better. Why can't things be built to last a summer never mind just built to last?!
