They come in a red plastic bag, similar to a crisp packet, with a picture of a cat on the front and a transparent panel which enables you to see the treats inside.

You get loads of biscuits in a bag, and if you give your cat a few of these every day as a treat, they will last for months and months. The biscuits are quite small, and a reddish brown colour. They are a biy grainy to the touch, and are shaped similar to a holly leaf, but with rounded edges. When you open a bag, you get quite a strong smell waft out at you. It is strong and meaty, but not unpleasant. In fact it makes you want to eat one! The smell gets on your fingers when you get them out of the bag.

Our cat really likes these, and my daughter keeps them in her room to give them to the cat in the hope that she will learn some tricks! You can play games with the cat, like hiding a treat and seeing if she can find it, or putting it in your closed fist and getting her to sniff it out. She jumps up is you hold a treat just above her head.

The treats could also be used as a crunchy topping for moist catfood, to add variety to the cat's diet and also to clean and strengthen the teeth. Because the treats swell on contact with water, fresh drinking water should always be available when your cat eats these. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably not in the original bag, which can tear easily, spilling its contents!

The product contains the following vitamins:

Vitamin A 6000 IU/kg
Vitamin D3 800 IU/kg
Vitamin E 70 mg/kg
Copper as copper sulphate 10mg/kg

The product analysis is as follows:

Protein 30%
Oil 7%
Ash 7%
Fibre 3%

The product is made by Masterfoods, which is the same company that makes Mars bars! The treats are a complimentary food, rather than a complete catfood, and should be used as such.

I used to buy these at Asda for my cat who is fussy with what she will eat. Found this to be easier buying a box with 15 packs in it and also easier as it is delivered. If ever I am away I leave the odd bag around the house so even if she has eaten there is always something for her to eat if she gets hungry.

they used to cost £11.70 for 15 bags now £14.85 really why such a sharp increase. Will find somewhere else to buy them now as don't like it when the price increases by what nearly 30%

We bought these as this brand and flavour were the only treats our cat will eat.... the chicken treats were always red, but this has changed, and our cat comes running when we try to give him a treat and upon sniffing the treat looks crestfallen and walks away. Why change recipes? They are never the same!!!

Using this produce has enabled me to train my cats to come on demand, as they love the taste. I found that some supermarkets have delisted it as the main manufacturers have great clout, but I have not met a cat that doesn't love these. Good value purchased at this site. Highly recommended.

Good value for money. If you have cats that tend to turn their nose up at the food you give them on occassions just mix a few of these trests in their food and they will gobble the lot. Sorted!

Both of my cats have loved these for years but for some reason my supermarket only stock the fish flavour. These Chicken ones are much prefered, and being crunchy are good for their teeth
