This is the worst experience I've had with Amazon, albeit on Amazon Marketplace. The phone developed an intermittent fault shortly after it was delivered; the keypad backlighting only worked sometimes. I asked for an exchange or my money back but the seller refused and insisted on repairing the phone. That was a few months ago. Today the connector that holds the 2 halves of the phone together fell out and when I replaced it the phone worked for 1 text message then the screen stopped working altogether. Have I contacted the seller to rectify the problem? No, why bother, life's too short and there are loads of good suppliers out there. £75 for rubbish service and a phone that lasted about 6 months; not exactly Amazon standard. In my experience buy from this seller at your own risk and peril.
i ordered this phone so i could go on the internet , but i can not use the new touch screen phones , i had a motorola razr when they 1st came out , i found it easy to use and was able to send and receive pictures to and from my family , as we live 200 miles apart this was important to me , i have tried 3 networks now and none of them can get this phone on the internet , or able to send and receive photo messages , dispite paying the tarrif with the net works to include the internet and multimedia messaging , all the phone dose is incoming and outgoing calls and text , i could have brought a cheap £9 or £10 if that is all i wanted , its very limited on how much u can write in a text , it cuts out while talking to people , i am now looking for another phone that is not touch screen , and will get me on the internet , send and receive photos . not happy
