Excellent and entertaining fitness workout!

I've only had this for a couple of weeks but try to do it most days and love it! It has a simple warm up section to do before you begin the routines then you can pick either the cardio or boxing sections which I believe are about 30 mins long. I especially enjoy the Buff Boxing routine because it's so much fun and time goes by quickly even though you're working out. I love the fact that once I'm done I can then decide just to finish up and move on to the cool down/chillout section or attempt another routine. I enjoy the arms section because I'm trying to tone up my arms, the abs section is quite challenging and the others I do occasionally. Would recommend for anyone trying to get fit or toned up.
