Good for improving flexibility!

I bought this DVD a long time ago as I am prone to injuries when playing sport. I thought if Giggs can play professionally for so long then there must be something in his training program that is benefitting him. This is a really good fitness program which is based on yoga. It is a lot harder to do then it looks from just watching it, and it is advisable to watch a section first before you attempt to do it yourself. At first, I found myself having to replay sections, so I understood what I needed to be doing. But with time you will know them off by heart.
As a result of following this DVD, I decided to go to a local yoga class and I was pleasantly surprised how many of the positions I already knew from this DVD. Also, I was well able to keep up with those who had been going to yoga for a number years.
Therefore, if you want to help your flexibility and prevent injury but don't want to go to a yoga class this is a great way to start.
