The Rotisserie arrived later than was advertised - unfortunately this seems to be a growing trend with Amazon. It was very easy to assemble and all the parts give the impression of quality. I used it with a couple of small chickens and the results were simply incredible! The chickens themselves need to be bound by wire to stop the legs and wings snagging on the flavouriser bars as it rotates. I found this slightly irritating and a little fiddly however the results are worth the effort. The other small niggle - that equals 4 rather than 5 star in my book - is that the power lead is a little short. In summary, typical Weber.....good quality, but not cheap. By the way, I stumbled on recipies for 'brining chicken' on the Internet (basically soaking the chicken for several hours in salted water). There is little doubt that this helped the final result. Let Google be your friend....definitely worth a try.
