customer services at its worst.

I ordered this watch as a token anniversary present for my wife. I ordered it early so as not to disappoint her, in case it arrived late. When I gave it to her on in the morning on the due date, horror, it didnt fit. The strap holding the buckle part of the strap was so short to be completely useless, as the buckle came into contact with the outside of my wifes wrist making it impossible to wear due to this inherant fault. When I rang up to complain I was sent a label to reurn it for a refund. I was astonished to find I have been charged £5.01 to send it back despite the operator I talked to assuring me I WOULD NOT HAVE TOO. Now thats what I call customer service. If I do not receive a refund of the postal charge I dont feel I can continue with Amazon.
