Never had any accidents in the 7 months of using this product. I tried several brands at first and found these very comfortable. They aren't too big which I found was a downside to many others I tried which seemed bigger than my cup size (c) so a definite buy for small/medium cup sizes. I did not rate this a full 5 stars as on the odd occasion the sticky part that holds the pad onto your bra has made a slight mark on my darker coloured bras. Other than that, very happy.

These are absorbent, but quite small. Nothing really beats the mothercare own brand ones, but I wanted them delivered next day so I thought I'd try these. They're quite thick and it looks a bit like you have saucers from a child's tea-set in your bra. They don't leak, but do need constant adjustment because they are small. Bigger than a nipple obviously, but too small to stay reliably in place. If you're bigger than a C cup (and let's face it, you're breastfeeding...) go for the mothercare ones.

I used that product couple of times. the only good thing was adhesive tape, which wasnt the best anyway, cause pads were sliding, had to clean wool from my nipples everytime i had to breastfeed and that made it uncomfortable. didnt like it and wouldnt recommend

Used these on a midwife's recommendation. I won't be buying them again. Did not feel they soaked anything up, tops were wet through when wearing them... Very much not carrying out their function. Will stick to Lansing ones

These are very discreet as they are cup shaped so you don't get that ugly lump on the ouside of your top with other pads. I found the size of these just big enough for me - I prefer the larger pads, especially at night when you are lying on your side and there is a lot of movement. However, what really let these down is the lint that comes off the inside of the pad and sticks to your nipples! It means having to pick any stray bits off before feeding my baby, which was a real hassle. I wouldn't buy them again for this reason.
