It is very difficult with out using this disc to get the best performance out of your new HD television.Being a TV engineer it was very easy to achieve good display callibration.Recommended for anyone pushing that extra ounce of quality from new TVs.

Easy to use and will improve your picture noticablly

I have used other calibration discs bought on amazon.
They arent a patch on this. This is very professional with a blue filter included.
All you need is 20-30 mins max.
Highly recommended.

Got this for use on a Panasonic TX-P46G20. Worked well, not that much needed tweaking. Haved used the digital essentials DVD in the past. The patterns on this disk seemed a lot better, although you don't get the video tutorials.

Great blu-ray, easy to understand for the beginner, and has plenty of professional calibration options/tests.
Gives you plenty of test material to double check your setup.

Its abit tricky for me to use all the settings but i saw a big diffrence on my Samsung after calibration.

Have used DVE HD basics in the past and thought it was easier for newcomers than this. But that can be just my subjective opinion.

Regardless i find this Blu-ray to be worth the price to get better picture-quality.

Seems to work ok, it would be much better if there were any audible guidelines for each stage of calibration, but even without you can quite easily enhance the picture from the bog standard settings
