Wow I feel great

Started this workout 10 days ago, and already noticed a huge difference in my fitness. I am slim and am not particularly interested in losing weight, but since the menopause my body has lost its elasticity, my joints and back are stiff and ache particularly when first getting out of bed in the morning, but since I started level one of Gillian’s workout I feel more flexible and the joint/ back ache has gone, yes some of my muscles ache because of the exercise but generally feel so much better, I have also noticed more definition of my shoulder and upper arm muscles, and my bum looks tighter, my stamina has also improved and I can climb the stairs without becoming breathless, also because of these obvious improvements I’m now motivated to continue when by now now I would normally have given up.
Give it a go, certainly not easy to begin with but work through it and start to feel great very quickly.
