Initially very pleased with this printer. Easy to set up on wireless network, and performed well. But ink usage and prices very high. Found a "compatible" supply that eased the pain a little. Then it dropped out of wireless connection. In attempting to re-set it I was advised to install updates. When I did this the printer will not operate as i have "unauthorised inks". It would cost £45 to install lexmark inks and then see if the printer operates or not! Easier and cheaper to buy another printer, making sure it is not Lexmark.

I bought this printer from PC World, initially I was happy with it until I realised how expensive the ink was, the worst part is not only is the ink expensive it does not last very long. At the moment it is has about one third of the ink left in it and it is saying that the ink is low and it wont print. I would not recommend this printer to anyone.
When I bought the printer everything went well even if the ink cartridges are quite expensive and had to changed the quite often. But after one year the paper started to jam and pieces of the printer started to fall apart. Now 2 years letter with new cartridges in the printer decided to give up and it broke totally. Do not buy this printer
