I don't like this edgy wedgy and sent it back. It's really hard to use. The 'jaw' isn't wide enough really and the thumb screw has to be undone all the way open and all the way closed. So it takes a lot of turning the screw to fasten it on and take it off. Also it's not that secure and comes off fairly easily. Wouldn't fit on a ski with a tip protector. Not a very well designed product. I prefer the other type of edgy wedgy which I think is made my Mycoal, the screw thread is different and the jaws wider so it requires less turns to put it on and take it off and it is more secure.

These worked for one day and for that day they were great as they did what was needed. However they broke on the second day ... The cord pulled out of the clip and there was no way of repairing them. Ended up buying a plastic set from the resort which were brilliant.

Simple effective tool.

Depending on the child, you may use this for hours/days. I'm an ex-ski instructor. It's useful for some children but by no means all. An hour with this can give such a help to some children.
