Great monitor.

For the price, this monitor is an absolute bargain for those looking for a gaming/multimedia screen.

It is actually 21.5", however for my needs I see this as a bonus due to it's full HD resolution makes the pixels very small - great for those looking for smooth visuals even without antialiasing cranked up. You'll be pleased to know that it shows 1280x720 well too, infact even my sensitive eyesight has been struggling to notice it when AA is on x16Q.

Backlight bleeding is unnoticable from a comfortable viewing distance when displaying black, and colours needed no changing - however I did have to turn the brightness and contrast down somewhat.

From my personal experience (4 LG screens) 2 have had dead pixels. I'm sure this is just unlucky on my part, but make sure you check your screen (use a program that can display bright colours full screen) for any dead or lazy pixels.

All the positives of this monitor have no doubt already been covered. It is a fantastic monitor for the price, you could not ask for any better.

It looks incredibly sleek in any room and the lack of any 'visible' buttons is great.

HOWEVER, if you have a cat that likes to lie on the desk, do NOT be alarmed when the monitor suddenly goes off... it was the cat! Just nudge kitty slightly and turn it back on and it will stay on again.

Great display and quality but slightly shaky stand.

I received this monitor yesterday and connected it to my desktop via HDMI cable. Nicely packaged, came with 2 cables, VGA and DVI.

Picture quality is very good, no sound (obviously, just wanted to point out to people who are curious)

The only flaw is the stand is rather shaky. I play on a pretty small computer table so if I move the mouse in a sudden rapid motion, the monitor wobbles from side to side.

Overall a fantastic piece of equipment.
