I absolutely adore my Polar Heart Rate Monitor and Sports Watch.
I always try to be as active and keep as fit as possible. I’ve recently lost a lot of weight but found that my losses were getting smaller throughout the weeks and I couldn’t work out where I was going wrong.
I bought this watch after I was recommended from a friend and it has completely changed how I exercise. It allows you to put you own details into the database to accurately determine how hard you are working in or out of the gym – usually I find a huge difference in the results between my watch and the ‘generic’ calories burnt on fitness machines.
Both the watch and the heart monitor strap are comfortable to wear and I don’t even feel that I have them on most of the time. The fact that it is a watch means that I can easily check my progress without needing to check an app or the machine I’m on which I found annoying.
Because it shows me how many calories I’ve burnt, how long I’ve worked out, my heart rate and which exercise ‘zone’ I’m in, it has encouraged me to work for harder and longer during my sessions. The results have been exceptional. I’ve lost inches around my tummy and legs due to pushing myself harder to burn more calories than my last session, and I’ve been able to build up strength and stamina in the process.
I’m not a gym freak – I’m just an average person who is trying to become fitter and stronger through the right diet and exercise. I would recommend this watch to anyone who is wanting to do just that. I haven’t felt this good in such a long time!
