it started off nice, then suddenly the bottom was quite painful.
on 22 July 2015
I purchased this for my boyfriend who due to health issues gets sore ankles, feets and bones.
Anywho! He has been using it since purchase and doesn't really say anything, however I used it for the first time two days ago, it started off nice, then suddenly the bottom was extremely hot (although the water wasn't) and felt really prickly. I physically couldn't rest my feet on it. I had to turn my feet onto the sides or keep them held up. I mentioned it to my partner and typically he came out with "Oh yeah it always does that, starts to hurt after a while so I just stick my feet up"
Which as you cannot rest your feet, kind of goes against the point of buying it.
It is probably a bit too late to do anything now, and the vibration one isn't as bad. If it starts to hurt we stick our feet on the sides. But it is something to consider when buying.
The noise isn't too bad, it is as expected for a unit blowing out bubbles while you're watching TV or reading a book. The vibration one is obviously quieter.
The size is decent and the style is OK. The 'foot massager' is pretty useless so if you are buying it for the sole purpose of this (it was a big factor for why I bought it) don't buy it. It falls off with the slightest knock or pressure (no it isn't broken).
Overall, it is OK, but I wouldn't recommend it to someone.
