more accessories sir ?

The problem is, the product is based around the idea of selling you another £10 worth of rubber/plastic/ribbon rubbish to shove in your cupboard.
I've found the way to use this, is to perform many of the exercises shown at your own pace (faster than instructed) and then hit the "skip" menu item to go onto the next thing. Otherwise you just end up standing there, waiting for it to "register" that you've stopped moving. This does mean you don't get a proper score, but to be honest, we're more concerned about getting the workout tho, not a nintendo number.
The voice is annoying, sounds like some american advertising squeaked up gerbil having just breathed in a helium balloon. You can lower or disable the comment frequency. This is important for when you are doing the exercise at the right pace for you, and the gerbil is still saying "go faster".
Most of the exercises rely on the nunchuck/remote being at the right angle in the right direction. It can be annoying getting the orientation right. Once its in the right place, it's more or less ok. I'm using a wireless nunchuck.
A lot of these exercises could be done better just using the remote, or giving the option to use holding two remotes (none of this 'strap the nunchuck round your leg" stuff). Seriously, how many households now have an entire drawer stuffed full of wii accessories ? marketing dream.
The exercises themself, yes, nice variety and work up quite a muscle sweat in the living room.
