Nice LED design, let down by basic construction
on 15 June 2010
Just a few basic pointers from someone who's actually worn the watch:
The LED display's default mode is off. So you have to keep pressing a button every time that you want the time displayed, which then turns off again after 3 seconds.
The strap is small, and consequently tight. It's also very thin and consequently feels somewhat flimsy.
Having to press a button to display the time is okay with me, and will actually save battery life. It's also somewhat fun and adds mystique, as no-one can look at your watch and tell the time! But the strap is rubbish - it looks heavy-duty in the Amazon photo, but it really isn't. Too tight, too thin - I don't think that I'll be using this as my day-to-day watch.
