...as the quality of construction falls short of earlier models, IMO. I've owned 2 previous Corby trouser presses - one heating element failed within the 3 year guarantee period and the replacement just after the 3 year guarantee had expired. I use it daily, but think carefully before you buy, as it may not last as long as you would expect to.

Ok seen these in Hotels and stuff but in upgrading my wardrobe to include more trousers that really need creases I thought this would be just the ticket. And yes is is. Had a few comments recently on my trousers being new, but no, instead of being left in a heap on the floor it's just a bit of time in these. Programme on and fresh pressed in the morning. Mind you smooth down and ensure the legs are in the right place or you might look a bit odd!

Even without the heat being used, it freshens up the look of the trousers.
Of course the heater does give a first class finish.
Even used as storage unit for the next pair of strides.

Absolutely brilliant. I had the previous one for 15 years before it broke so bought this as soon as possible after. Funnily it is exactly the same one as before - even down to the reference number so if it lasts for 15 years as well, I will have had my moneys worth out of it

Bought as a replacement for a corby press which was accidentally damaged and sadly could not be repaired. Excellent press which can be adjusted time wise.

Didn't realise that the 7700 was longer than the 3 model which it replaced. Am now unable to grip the base of the trouser and stretch with the aid of the top grip. Pressing of the trousers is still entirely satisfactory and you'll get no complaints from me.

Doing a great job just like its predecessor that lasted for many years.
