This is truly one of the most interesting and exciting albums I've ever heard. Fellsilent have succeeded in that rare task of making music that is both technically excellent and pleasant to listen to (in a metal kinda way). The band make extensive use of layering throughout the album, contrasting brutal rhythms with harmonies that inspire genuine emotion. It's clear that Killswitch Engage, Sikth, and Meshuggah have all left an impression on the band, but this album is none-the-less distinctively the work of a separate group of very talented artists who have succeeded in finding an original and interesting voice. I also really like the fact that the band do all their own recording and production work; somehow the music does feel more genuine as a result. Definitely worth buying. Considering this is their first album, surely great things are to come.

This album is better than i had even expected, its the type that slowly grows on you, getting better with each listen, i had the ep from them and most of the songs from that are re-recorded on the album with some extra (sometimes better) tunes, the vocals are something new, some people may find them a bit annoying but the sung choruses will win them back, go and buy this album now! Plus there BRITISH! bostin
