I've just bought this compilation of great 70's music and there are 100 hits on five cds/ 20 per cd all nicely packaged in a box with a booklet inside giving the song information. Now I can't say much for the jewel case as the cds keep falling loose of the holder in the middle but. . .still well worth the price in my opinion as you're getting loads of great hits here that'll bring the memories flooding back! My 14 year old son is loving all these somgs too which is nice. I know Mr Cook has kindly given the track listings but I love the songs that much I can't resist! :)

This collection is very good value for money and if you were a D.I.S.C.O. nut like I was this is just the ticket to transfer you back to the days were you could dance the night away and go out with a tenner and come back with change, this is a fab collection a lovely mix of catchy songs and smoochy songs.I would of given a list of songs as at the time of writing this review i notice that they did not surply a list of songs, but there are to many songs il be here all day, it did put me off a little from ordering the cd collection but i'm glad i decided to go ahead if you liked the 70s then you will have no problem with this cd collection

TOP 500 REVIEWERon 9 August 2016
This is a 5 CD set featuring 100 songs from the 1970's. It's a well-made item, and the audio quality is good. The selection of tracks broadly represents the shifting styles of music during that decade. Most of the songs presented here are well known, although there are a few less popular tracks. Most of these songs were top ten hits - and, indeed, there are several number 1's.

Unfortunately this item is no longer in production. Yet second-hand copies are available, and at approx. £5 (as I review) they're a bargain. If you're after a good cross section of '70's music, this is a recommended product.

I wanted music to entertain only me on a planned 8 hour return car journey and this was perfect. All the classics and many more to get me singing out loud and it's a pity that I was driving as I only could move my shoulders/hands to the music!!!!

I love the 70's, with me been 52 years old, I can remember them as I was growing up. I found the CD good I prefer CD5 as there is a lot of oldies I prefer, such "It's a heartache Bonnie Tyler".

a simply gorgeous set with 90% absolute winners, all are original and the quality is crystal clear

some of these are rare and not present on many other 70s sets if any

'Tears of a Clown' is in the most amazing quality, best I've ever heard it and many other singles present here are in such amazing quality you will be greatly impressed

if you get just one 70s set, let it be this one - brilliant selection from the 70s
