Bad unless you just wanna compete nd compete and compete.....
on 29 October 2008
I love horses and animals and riding and I love Tim Stockdale. But tim, your game is rubbish.
The graphics are hilariously bad for a start, unless you are competing, then for some reason they are airbrushed and good.
there is no real objective for this game; No storyline, no plot.
All you can do is train and compete, no trails or minigames. No things to unlock, no real time with your horse. The stable part of the game, where you go about looking after your horse, is really just something they threw in for good measure. You can do the horse's hooves; but you do only 1 hoof and it is unrealistic as you can scrape out the frog easily, which you can't do in real life. It doesn't matter if you hurt the horse, (which is impossible anyway) it doesn't matter because there are no happy points or morale points.
Feeding the horse and petting it is another thing you can do. You can brush it, but the dirt just seems to not stop flowing out of the bloody thing.
When it comes to competing, anywhoo, training is headwrecking.
You don't even have any goals; whether its speed, stamina or whatever your training in, its the exact same course. You don't even really have to pass training to compete.
This is a game you can easily play in a day. Its pretty not-so-fun.
It gets a thumbs down from me.
There is one good thing; competing itself is good. It's challenging, well-graphiced and realistic.
I am 14 and this is what i think of the game. it is a good game for competing adults cuz looking after the horse is not even really needed at all, and as an adult you may feel stupid looking after a virtual horse.
Look, don't boycott the game. It's not awful....!
