Unbelievably, this cracking album got missed off everyone's 'best of 2008' lists...
Push Me Pull You is one of the great unsung heroes of last year, turning it's nose up at establishment pigeon holes with it's own inimitable sound. Rich & Jakeone build on the (equally gorgeous) rhythms developed for 'How To Spell' then add a substantial dollop of the multi-headedness alluded to in the title... It's as diverse as it is luscious, without being clever, and well worth listening to in full album format for the tidal effect. Treetop Frequency opens with a nod to Lemon Jelly, minus the cheese. Skinbox & Clipto set a faster pace, while Mr Brown slows for an Orbesque interval when you can catch your breath. Then it's full on again for Pirate Teeth and Offset, with the wistful ambience of The Toob Show for dessert.

There are samples on this page and their myspace, so you really have no excuse whatsoever not to...

Very varied and displays some of their best work (in my opinion). Also, it has lots some great album artwork.
