Ordered one...
AFAIU this is an unofficial Japanese Laserdisc copy of Queen MAGIC Live in Budapest (1986): the subtitles are in Japanese + picture format is NTSC
It has NO Masterplan logo in the corner and no menu (with the chapters set accurately however).
Picture quality is average due to obvious NTSC-transfer colour problems (you may see these problems better if you watch it on your PC) + green lines blinking occasionally in the top and in the bottom of the picture (cropped by the TV).

This DVD is a nice thing to buy for a collector or a fan who is tired of rewinding the original VHS release: the picture looks acceptable on a midsize-screen TV and the soundtrack transfer is good due to Laserdisc source.
However I would not recommend this DVD for a person who wants to get acquainted with Queen live shows or to purchase a high quality product.
This is a fan-only unofficial/pirated, NOT remastered or anything like that release.

Given that it hasn't been in anyway mastered (and has Japanese subtitles) the sound quality is tolerable but the picture quality is rather worse than my old VHS copy. The picture is really soft and grainy and even though some people said it was taken from a Japanese laser disk version there seem (to my eyes) to evidence of a VHS origin with tracking issues - esp. at the beginning.

Still the best Magic Tour concert (IMO better than Wembley) but Brian and Roger need to get this remastered so we can have a copy worth watching.

5 stars for the concert

If you can still play VHS try picking one of those up it is probably going to be better.

UPDATE: Don't buy this product any more. Queen have released a fully remastered version on DVD and BluRay with excellent surround sound and brilliant pictures (plus an extra documentary). Search instead for Queen: Hungarian Rhapsody - Live in Budapest [DVD] or Queen: Hungarian Rhapsody - Live in Budapest [Blu-ray][Region Free]

Live in Budapest (as it was orginaly called) is my favourite queen concert by far, I personally rate this higher than their Wembley performance. The sound is very good, but not excellent and the picture is slightly brighter than the original video. It is a good DVD so I advise any Queen fans to buy this.

Fragments of this video has been put in other oficial releases, and the quality is excelent. I don't know why this version of that beautiful concert is so lame! I mean, youtube quality almost!

On the other side, you won't find this on DVD anywhere else, so if you're a die hard fan, you know you gotta get it :D (Cool cover artwork BTW!)
