Magnificent film. Gripping from start to finish (especially the finish) say no more! Wonderful 1930's USA crime with all the 1930's cars to match. Boyfriend/Girlfriend bored with life go on the rampage with their personal introduction, i.e. "We rob Banks". Warren Beatty/Fay Dunaway both give stunning performances as do remainder of the cast. Best character in my book has to be "C.W. MOSS." Loyal to the Bank-robbing cause and first class car repairer as they gradually get wrecked!! As I said earlier the final scene will stun you; in 1967 it must have left audiences gasping; would be more acceptable now no doubt. If you haven't seen this film then you haven't lived as they say. Buy it now, sit back and be entertained beyond words.

Again, like f.i.s.t, not for White Middle Class Bourgeois Yankees, the I'm alright jacks, whilst the Oakies get kicked off the land, subjected to FAMINE (Yes, read grapes of Wrath you ignorant morons). Read Grapes of Wrath, and watch Bonnie and Clyde, and The Godfather. Understand Baby Face Nelson, the Dust Bowl depression. This film is an excellent exercise in the making of the American Working Class Consciousness, now sadly lost in race driven division. Yankeeland don't make films like this anymore. The white Yankee Middle Class prefer to dwell on Super Hero fiction the morons.

It was great to see this film again, well acted and a good story, even if it is a bit violent at times

This is an excellent film, and was ground-breaking when released. My English Literature class at university watched this film in 1972 as part of a class assignment. Of course we had to write a paper on it.
