You may know Jay Mohr from Jerry McGuire, or from the Ghost Whisperer, or from The West Wing.

You're unlikely to remember him, however, from his time on Saturday Night Live, and it's that unsuccessful stint which is the subject of this interesting book.

There are loads of great stories in this tome, and plenty of people- including the author- come out of them quite badly.

A thoroughly entertaining book.

Im not sure if this book was just PR thing after he was caught stealing somone elses jokes. He does give a few interesting insights into SNL but a book written by someone who was there longer and more involved (and a bigger talent?) would be more interesting. its an easy read and you can skim through.
