I bought one of these camera wraps for my waterproof Panasonic FT3 camera then tried it on my other compacts cameras and found it a perfect fit for all and I've since ordered more for the rest of my pocket compact cameras - I'm converted!

The case measures 114mm wide x 210mm long and will fit most compacts up to 25mm thick. My Panasonic FT5 is 295mm thick at its widest point but the case still fits thanks to its stretchiness. The neoprene cases have most stretch including the pink spot while the black & white check, which has a PVC outer has less so bear in mind the fabric if your camera is a bit over 25mm.

It fits by screwing into the tripod socket on the camera which is great for cameras such as the FT3 where the battery and memory card compartment are located on the side of the camera. For cameras with battery access on the base then it simply slides along a runner so there's no need to remove the case.

The only downside is if you regularly use the tripod socket then you'll need to remove the wrap completely. However, if you simply stand the camera on a flat surface for 'tripod shots', then the base of the wrap and its flat screw ensure this is still possible and the camera will still be stable.

I like the wrap because it provides protection to the vulnerable lens and monitor while also ensuring the wrap can be quickly unfastened to take a quick pic without having to fumble around with zips or other fastenings on a conventional case.

It's such a simple but most ingenious design which is very practical in use, yet doesn't seem to be widely available. A highly recommended purchase for any small 'pocket' camera.

I bought this camera wrap for my Canon IXUS 265HS camera. I have had no issues with it, it fits perfectly.

The concept is simply (as with many good ideas!) and easy to install - the wrap has a little screw which screws into the tripod socket. Once it has been screwed in all you need to do is wrap the neoprene cover around your camera and secure using the Velcro fastening. Some points worth noting are that the screw has a little handle which helps with tightening the screw making it secure. Also, if your battery and memory card slot are on the bottom of the camera, you do not have to remove the cover as it can be slid along a runner allowing you to open the compartment and remove the battery / memory card.

I also like this product as it is not possible to lose it as it is connected to the camera, unlike other cases when you have to take the camera out which can be a bit of a nuisance.

The only drawback that I can think of with this wrap is that you can't use it and use a tripod at the same time.

I would highly recommended this camera wrap for anyone with a pocket camera.

These always-on type camera wraps do the job well. They're not quite so sturdy or protective as some more traditional designs, but are very convenient in use, won't drop on the floor when in the "undone" postion, and do mean that your camera is almost instantly ready for action. Might be improved by having a slot somewhere for a spare memory card, but I guess that could impair the snug, compact fitting. A plus feature is that the basic material is elasticated, so the thing will expand/contract to fit various shapes of small camera well. I've used this quite a lot now, and it's pretty durable too, as well as very pocketable - no need to have the camera dangling from your neck or wrist. I think it's been a very good piece of kit.

This is very convenient way of carrying your camera. It gives a modest amount of protection while you are out and about but has the convenience of accessing the camera quickly. You still need a good quality storage case for the majority of the time but when you know you will need your camera quickly without fuss this is the ideal device

Excellent product and solved problem of faulty battery cover not closing on my casio exilim camera. Screws into tripod hole on camera and stays permanently attached to camera. Doesnt offer same degree of protection as a hard case, but not an issue for me Fully recomend.

This does not fit around my Panasonic LF1 - a great product but does not fit all cameras - be aware of this. Cost for postage to return is more than the item itself, an annoying waste of money!!
