I loved this Leisa Hart workout. I began to do it 3-6 times a week in my 5th month of preganacy and it left me feeling charged and satisfied. It is not extremely challenging, but it is doable even when is feeling large and cumbersome. I love Lisas attitude and the different options it gives for making your workout easier or more challenging depending on the day. I also like the extra features.. postitions for birthing.
