I don't know a lot about this band. However, they have created an understated gem of a record. A real grower, with shimmering guitar and delicate harmonies. The first part is more rocky, the latter more shoegazing, drifting songs, but each song has it's own place on the album - there is variety and depth.
Riffs are build upon, layered and reverbed, and it recalled listening to January's seminal 'I heard myself in you' - high praise.
Well worth checking out. Highlights include the beautiful, haunting 'Your hand in mine', the lovely 'Here it is' (recalling Subaqua), the chiming guitars in the lovely 'A lifetime...' and slow build up and rock out of 'Fear Home'. I look forward to the next offering!

What a beautiful album... I only recently discovered the band on the internet - somehow found a link to their myspace page which lets you hear a few tracks and links to their own webpage.
The first 3 songs set the tone for the whole album, magnificent melodies and harmonies work to send the listener to another world to use a cliché, Sennen's music is hauntingly, achingly beautiful, setting vast soaring soundscapes. For me, Your Hand In Mine stands out but the opening track Blackout also scores highly.
