Very few of us would dare step in someone else's shoes and live their life. That's exactly what Morgan Spurlock does in 30 Days and some other brave souls who put their hand up to volunteer their time to live other people's lives, no matter how extreme, contradictory or against their own beliefs that other person's life is. An example of documentary making and neutral ground perception at it's best to give us, the viewer, both sides of the coin. I highly recommend this DVD.
Excellent Series which details what its like to take on The Sexuality, beliefs and Working environment of People whose existence We feel would take us out of out Comfort zone. The participants for the most part come off really well as do those around them and it all makes for fascinating viewing.Ironically I think the weakest episode is the One with Morgan in it.
Features six 40 min episodes. Begins with Morgan and his gal living on min wage. They go to the hospital, is that real? From there he has other people do 'roids, visit believers of Islam, visit homosexuals, live in a commune, and a mom binge drinks in an effort to get her daughter to stop. He provides additional insights and occasional heartbreaking interviews. Insightful.
