After buying this dvd and watching it I have come to the following conclusions. The dvd has all the megadeth early videos such as peace sells & go to hell but what lets it down it missed a whole load of songs from the later albums such as the system has failed which had some great songs and the world needs a hero. Also the special features on the dvd are not that good just some very short interviews but what it has done well is put together some of the best metal videos ever and some very rare footage which i found very intresting and is must for any fan also i would recommend buying magadeth behind the music which is another good dvd to own as it goes a bit more indepth into the megadeth world. Dave has done a good job with this so fans wont be dissapointed make sure you get your copy. This is a very good dvd LONG LIVE MEGADETH!

A two disc extravaganza of Megadeth's video's with hidden extras here n there?
Why not, this along with the Dave Mustaine book only shows what a loss to Metallica Mega' Dave is ........ Depsite his temper tantrums, addictions, and those of his band........ Dave Mustaine carved out a a pretty creditable career, and wrote pretty damned good songs along the way. His vocals may take some getting used to, he might be unhinged, but his playing can't be denied........
Always a more original guitar player than Kirk Hammet for my money, The fact that his former band were still using his riffs on new songs 3 years after sacking him and sending him home on a Greyhound bus proved that years ago........
If you love thrash metal at all, get this dvd, it's a great little time capsule of Thrash and then some.

not a great dvd but its saving grace can be the video's on both disc 1and 2 the one thing that lets it down is the pointless video clips of the bands early interviews and Dave Mustaine's post rehab trawls as if some of us did not know what nearly imploded the band from its beginnings only for mr angry to come to his senses and push the band even harder which meant casuaties where suffered to achieve his musical ambitions and to beat metallica his old band at their own game as thrash titans somthing whice he nearly achieved if it where not for the dodgy decisions that nearly saw Vic Rattlehead and his dominions drown in the wave of criticism for their album Risk only to come back stronger than ever for United Abominations and producing a warchest compilation which im enjoying right now!

I rented this to find out what the band are about. It is a collection of music videos interspersed with adverts and brief interviews rather than a full concert. Sound quality is good but the chat is childish and banal. Video quality is not great. This DVD does not do the obvious talents of the musicians any favours. Avoid.
