Great phone. The 1.3mp camera is fantastic and the high colour quality large screen shows the photos at a top standard. By far the best screen and camera for the priceband. The 10 second video recorder is short but sweet and the sound capture is amazing without the huge emphasis on the background noise that some phones record. It has a reasonably good sized memory for a sufficient amount of photos, videos and texts that can also be improved by TransFlash cards.
The joystick used for menu navigation is easy to use and cleverly positioned on the keypad making txting easier and faster. The volume and calling buttons up the side of the screen is a clever and effective idea and the 3D stereo speakers give excellent sound on mp3s ringtones and calls.
The weight and size of the phone aren't as bigger problems as you may think looking at it. It fits nicely into your pocket and the weight difference in comparison to other feature rich phones is practically unnoticable. The battery life is something that lets the phone down but it isnt a problem on standby as i have found (with the power saving mode) lasts for 5+ days. Using the camera and calling has an noticable effect on the phone's battery but i find in moderate use it will still last for a good 2-3 days. The E1000 also packs many other features such a calculator, clock and other standard tools and the bluetooth keeps the business users of the phone happy as well as having a USB option.
In summary, this phone is the best megapixel media rich phone in its priceband and with everything and more other phones have, its a must buy for both first time and experienced buyers.

What a great little phone, the calls are as clear as a bell and the video calls are great. The camera is not as good as it could be and the battery runs down in two days but that aside with all of the great features it is still a great phone in this price band.

The Motorola phone arrived very quickly - and is a very good product - all that was promised....my only critisism would be that it needs to be re-charged every couple of days

The phone was in a really grubby state but worst of all the battery didn't charge therefore making this a complete waste of time
