Finally you can now get the best 2 Royal Rumbles ever together at a great price.
Royal Rumble 1991 was the last time Hulk Hogan won the event and saw one of the last great matches the Ultimate Warrior had in the WWF (as it was then).
Royal Rumble 1992 is just brilliant due to the genius of Bobby The Brain Heenan and his funny commentary and the excellent Ric Flair winning not only the Rumble at his first attempt but also taking the WWF Title.
The match line ups are as follows on this double DVD running at 319 minutes:

Royal Rumble Match-one of the more entertaining rumbles in recent history. started off with two of the best wrestlers ever in benoit and guerrero who put on a great technical showcase.there were many great moments such as when the raw superstars and the smackdown superstars teamed against each other, and when hassan came in the whole action in the ring stopped and everyone attacked him. the last two superstars were two of the dastest rising superstars at the time cena and batista, in which their battle lead to the match being restarted!great match, my favourite rumble ever-9/10

World Heavyweight Championship Match
Triple H vs. Randy Orton-GREAT MATCH! seriously if it wasnt for the confusing last 5 or so minutes it would of been match of the year!! seriously. One of the few highlights of ortons face turn and him and triple h put on a classic match up.Another great ppv match of triple h(when does he ever disappoint)and one of ortons best matches. this was wonderfully paced and reat physcology-8.5/10

Triple Threat Match For The WWE Championship
JBL vs. Big Show vs. Kurt Angle -superbly booked triple threat. i didnt expect much but these three delievered and jbl put on another great match in his historic title reign. the best wrestler ever kurt angle carried this match and turned it from good to great-8/10

Casket Match
Undertaker vs. Heidenreich- heidenreichs best match, and one undertakers better matches in his first complete year as the old skool taker. i loved when kane and snistky got involved and from then the match got more physical and the casket was used in great ways-8/10

Shawn Michaels vs. Edge-best opener in years!! seriously great match, it was slow considering who were in the ring but still i loved how the pace changed and the last 5 minutes where phenominal, especially edges unique counter to sweet chin music. unpredictable match with a shocking ending-8.5/10
GET THIS DVD NOW NOT A BAD MATCH IN SIGHT, NOT 1 MATCH WAS LESS THAN GREAT. MAYBE EVEN THE BEST PPV OF 2005 AND THATS SAYING SOMETHING

For actually seeing WWE Royal Rumble 2006 for the first time today, I have to say that I really enjoyed the 19th annual Royal Rumble event.

The match of the night had to be the Royal Rumble match, where 15 RAW and 15 Smackdown superstars had the chance of headlining WrestleMania 22. I have to say that this is one of my favourite Royal Rumble matches because their is one superstar who I was mega happy for and that man was Rey Mysterio. Rey Mysterio said in a press conference that he was dedicating his match to the late Eddie Guererro and Rey Rey stuck to his word. Rey Mysterio came in as the number two entrant and lasted approximately 62mins by eliminating the number 30 entrant Randy Orton to win the Royal Rumble match. Rey Mysterio in my opinion deserved to win this Royal Rumble match and he was going to face a world champion at WrestleMania 22, so well done to Rey Mysterio for winning one of the biggest matches in WWE history, which is known as the Royal Rumble. 4/5

John Cena vs Edge for the WWE Championship, is perhaps one of the best world championship matches i've seen. I really enjoyed this match between Cena and Edge, who go onto to having a huge rivalry throughout the year. I was really impressed with how Edge was pinning down Cena, but Edge fell to the wrath of the STFU, where Edge tapped and John Cena leaves as the new WWE Champion. 4/5

Mark Henry vs Kurt Angle for the World Heavyweight Championship, was a decent main event, where both superstars were testing each other's strength. I really loved the ending where Kurt Angle used a steel chair on Mark Henry, where the impact was amazing and I liked the way how Kurt Angle exposed a ring turn buckle, so that Mark Henry could run into it and Kurt Angle to roll up Mark Henry for the victory and Kurt Angle is still the World Heavyweight Champion. But Kurt Angle had big troubles, when The Undertaker made his presence felt by alerting Kurt Angle that he wants the World Heavyweight Championship. 3/5

Overall the 19th annual Royal Rumble event was very enjoyable and it was a round of applause to Rey Mysterio for winning the Royal Rumble match.

Royal Rumble 2005

This was an incredible PPV with action from start to finish. The Rumble Match was a classic encounter, but some of the undercard messed the PPV up. I will review all of the matches:

1. Edge vs Shawn Michaels

Quite a good opener, but pointless because the match was made only to fill up the card. Featured some decent moves and twists but the ending was stupid. These two meet in the Rumble Match later however, so there's something to look forward to. OK opening contest. 6/10

- Backstage: Eddie Guerrero and Ric Flair pick their entry numbers. Flair's looks good, Guerrero's looks bad. But not for long...

- Backstage: Heidenreich and Snitsky meet up. Snitsky says he has an idea... a little bit spooky.

2. Casket Match: Undertaker vs Heidenreich

Very entertaining unique match. Good for fans who love brawling and striking contests. However, Snitsky interferes on Heidenreich's behalf (that was his "idea") and it looks as though Undertaker's going to be put away. But Kane rises from the casket and beats on both Snitsky and Heidenreich. Solid slugfest. 7/10

- Backstage: Eddie Guerrero gives Ric Flair his entry number and...his wallet! Batista and Triple H have a staredown. The Game says its Evolution's night.

- Backstage: Christian picks his entry number, then John Cena enters. Both men have a hilarious rap battle which ends with Cena seriously dissing Captain Charisma.

3. WWE Title Triple Threat Match: JBL (c) vs Big Show vs Kurt Angle

Great Triple Threat Match. Tables shattered, barricades busted, 3 people interfering with JBL retaining (NOO!!). I wanted to see Big Show win the match, which takes the score down one point. But what happens later on is amazing. 9/10

- Backstage: Batista meets Carlito, refuses to sign his petition and scares Carlito. Picks his entry number while Eric Bischoff announces Evolution is banned from ringside in Triple H's championship match. Batista grins and decides he will tell Triple H.

4. World Heavyweight Title: Randy Orton vs Triple H (c)

Extremely physical, fast-paced match with no outside interference! Hooray! Very solid, unpredictable match which proved that Triple H is definitely the best in the business at the moment. Orton gave it his all, but it wasn't enough. 9/10

- Backstage: Nunzio is happy that he is in the Rumble. Kurt Angle nicks his entry number and says it's not Nunzio's anymore unless he wants to fight for it. Nunzio backs off.

- Backstage: Teddy Long congratulates Bischoff about his title match. JBL and his cabinet enter with champagne. JBL says he is God, but Teddy Long announces that at No Way Out, it will be JBL vs Big Show in a Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match!

5. Royal Rumble Match

One word: awesome. This match took rivalries to new levels and showed how physical WWE action is. Great performances from some amazing superstars, it also welcomed some newcomers who performed good as well. Although there were four participents who shouldn't have been in the match at all. Here is a list of who was in and at what number: (10/10)

1.Eddie Guerrero

2.Chris Benoit

3.Daniel Puder

4.Hardcore Holly

5.The Hurricane

6.Kenzo Suzuki

7.Edge

8.Rey Mysterio

9.Shelton Benjamin

10. Booker T

11. Chris Jericho

12. Luther Reigns

13. Muhammad Hassan

14. Orlando Jordan

15. Scotty 2 Hotty

16. Charlie Haas

17. Rene Dupree

22. Mark Jindrak

23. Viscera

Two WWF era pay per views on one afforable pack is one thing, two royal rumbles is another, but when one of them is one of the greatest rumbles of all time then you are really onto a winner and thats what we have here.
Royal rumble 1991 is in a nutshell a very good event, the event opened with a tag team match between the rockers and the orient express. In truth this match had alot going for it but was kinda diluted in the end as it rattled on a little too long and drowned itself with a sense of deja vu but for the most part this was a good fast paced match.
The big boss man fought the barbarian next, this match was close to 15 minutes long and thats alot of time given to what appeared to be a very one dimensional match,it was bruising but featured too many bear hugs that slowed this down to a crawl,it had some good spots but to be fair was a match that was dying from the off.
The WWF championship was up next,it probably should have featured last, but it featured the champion, the ultimate warrior going up against sgt slaughter who was generating cheap heat by playing a turncoat on america and its culture so the crowd were going mad from the start. The match didnt last as long as the two matches prior, another odd decision, anyway, the match was good enough, the warrior was on good form here while slaughter played his part well, some outside interference livened things up and i have always found this a memorable enough match so thats grand.
A tag team match featured next and involved ted dibiase and virgil going up against dustin and dusty rhodes,i found this match annoying,it never had any real flow and dragged its heels in the mud for far too long,a let down then.
The royal rumble match itself was next and was a real diamond, the winner was a pleasing occurence for myself but aside from that it featured some great wrestlers from yesteryear and some great individual showings, hard to fault.
The following year,1992,featured the greatest royal rumble match ever,it was also the first i ever watched live as a budding youngster, the match was superb,i have watched it so many times that i could commentate on it without too much hassle. The commentary by bobby the brain during this match is the single greatest commentary in WWE history if not any sport, form of entertainment.
The undercard was very good as well,i wont go into it all as i think i have taken up enough of your time,it featured a good mixture of talent in solid matches.
The royal rumble match itself always included the fact that whomever the winner would be would win the vacant WWF championship and that meant that this was the be and all and end all of rumbles and the same applies to the event itself, with both 1991 and 1992s rumbles here you wont be sorry if you buy this.
