After watching a programme about how to make pasta, I decided that I needed a pastry wheel for cutting the pasta dough. I went for this one and it arrived the next day which I was very impressed with. Having used the pastry wheel, I would say (as it is cheap) you get what you pay for - it doesn't quite cut through my pasta dough, but makes enough of an indentation that it easily tears along the line. However the fluted edge is not very prominent which is a little disappointing. But overall, the product is worth what I paid and I will continue to use it until I can afford to splash out on one a little better.
