I think thirty-somethings and over have wonderful memories about these cartoons: the sparse production of the last episodes, almost as minimal as Marvel Super Heroes show (Namor, Thor, Iron Man, etc), the wonderful psychedelic jazzy musical score (part music library, part specially written by Bob Harris, please try to get Volume's out of print cd for their rendition of some of the original music) and the nonsense continuity of the last episodes with bits of former episodes and New York's backgrounds that only a guy on acid might think of;sometimes it is so poorly done that it's a work of art by itself. Fortunately because of all the hip that the motion pictures brought, some smart guys decided to release this very particular and cult following series. GO AHEAD AND BUY IT!!!
This is a brilliant spidey cartoon I remember watching as a kid on saturday mornings . I used to get up especially early to watch this and keeping the volume down as not to wake my parents cant wait to watch it with the volume up and relive my childhood when it comes out on region 2 shortly
