This is a really well constructed phone. It's light, tactile, and has managed to survive one fall as I dropped it when I was getting it out of the box. Ooops.
The phone is easy to configure, allowing individual settings for each handset and the base station. All of the features such as answerphone and caller id are really easy to turn on and off. The menu system on the phone becomes familiar very quickly.
I've not experienced any problems with reception or clarity of the handsets or the answerphone. I am very pleased with this product.
The only disappointments so far have been a poor selection of ring tones, and a restrictive address book. Each handset has its own address book, so you end up adding the same numbers to each one in turn, which can be a little frustrating.

This product is so poor as to be almost unusable. The problem stems from the fact that all the phone's functions are accessed via the small LCD display on the handset. This display is not backlit making viewing difficult. It might be satisfactory in a brightly lit office but unless you have flourescent strip lighting in your hallway it can be very difficult to see what is going on in a domestic setting. And if you buy this phone you will be squinting at that screen alot. Access to even common functions are buried in a nest of menues and sub-menues. Switching the answering machine on and off for example requires 8 keystrokes on the handset ! This is, to say the least, inconvenient.....
On the brighter side the sound quality is very good.
