Although this is a great cd that id highly recommend, the item was described to be in a very good condition however it was not. The back of the disc was covered in scratches and the last five tracks kept skipping which was very disappointing.
This is by far and away my favourite tech house cd ever. It couldn't be better if it tried. Slam are amazing and I recommend that you get hold of all their other material. Although it is difficult to pick out the best in an all round excellent mix, tracks five to nine shine out, Slam manage to achieve a deep full bassy sound combined with light and funky rhythms which you can't help but at least tap a foot to. Although notice this section covers roughly half the cd demonstrating how great it really is. But why am I telling you this? I'm sure if you have already listened to it you already know and if you haven't, get involved.
As the owner of pretty much everything Slam have done I was delighted when listening to this album i discovered that once again Orde and Stuart had came through with the goods. This a slamming (pardon the pun) mix of techno-tech-house from start to finish, and what a way to finish with the awesome "Inspiration" by Underground Resistance. Recommended to anyone who likes good quality music.
Love Slam, but my goodness is this poor! Full of uninspiring techno when there is a world of brilliant stuff out there. Bought this as I fancied a decent mix that would sate my nostalgic techno requirements but, I'm afraid, this is nowhere near what it should, or could have been. Shame.
