this is an outstanding album. despite it being quite clinched Florida hardcore sound. and I have a feeling that after their debut major label - release tear from red - we're going to hear l a lot more from these guys. There are only the rhythm guitarist and drummer left from this album but they're vision, precision and knowledge was just as strong on this they're debut than of they're latest effort. They know how to use dynamics, and when to use they’re speed, with great beat down sections shout sing along choruses and air guitar ops a plenty. This is quite a short album, and ends too soon. The emotion given through the vocals is amazing both blood curdling screams and melancholic harmonies... nothing i could say would convey their brilliance and brutality enough. just buy this album, quickly and quietly. and make out like you've always had it.
this is an amazing album and one that hits you instantly. Even with people that aren't familiar/interested in florida hardcore have big grins on their faces as soon as they hear it. Poison the well really know how to use dynamics, and convey their emotions perfectly. They show a true sence of maturaty that so many metal bands lack. The range of vocal stylings is very varied there isn't a bad track on the album (which is something of a rareaty these days). i love this album and would reccomend it to all. j
