This CD is excellent from this era of Misfits mrk2. Its just as relative as AP & FM. The only thing that lets it down is the"scream" demo. but the mars attack demos are fantastic & the Stooges & Monster Mash covers are brilliant to listen ( the black flag cover sounds more like b.flag than the misfits though!!!!) but i'd DEFINATLY recommend this CD to any misfits fan.

Thats the time period from where these songs were recorded, consisting of rare songs and demos of american psycho and famous monster tracks, this is a great collection of graves era songs, the highlights being Dr. Phibes rises again (demo version),scream , ny ranger and the punk cover monster mash

This is an awesome album, the opening track "Dead Kings Rise", is my favourite Misfits song as well "Dr. Phibes Rises Again", both these songs are fantastic, not forgetting others such as "Fiend Without A Face" or "Bruiser". Michale Graves vocals are great as usual and Doyle's guitar playing skills really shine through on the guitar solo on "Dr. Phibes Rises Again". The album also comes with the "Scream" music video, so I say just buy it, you won't be disappointed

this is an awesome album, with some amazing songs. danzigs voice is excellent and changes throughout the album with tracks like the punk rock 'i got a right', to the melodoc metal 'helena 2'. there are also some great guitar riffs like dr phibes rises again and dead kings rise. the live cover of black flags 'rise above' and a cover of 'monster mash' are good additions to this legendry album, from the unbeleivable misfits.
